In L’Isula – L’Ile-Rousse, just as in the villages, cafés and bars are places where it’s lovely to take your time. In the shade of hundred-year-old plane trees, at the bend in a narrow street or around a square, the morning coffee gently gives way to drinks shared with friends, whatever the time of day. Some grocery shops also extend this pleasure with a few tables, whilst an artisan ice cream or a fresh juice offers a sweet reason to stop off on the way. A variety of spots, all sharing that same appreciation for the simple moments that also make up life in Lisula and the Balagne.
