Hiking trails

The region offers a wide variety of walking routes, where everyone can easily find something to suit them: along the coast, in the refreshing shade of the forests, in the mid-mountain ranges or at higher altitudes for those who love to change their perspective, climb higher and reach the summits – some of which rise to around 2,000 metres.

Whilst the landscapes take on different colours with the changing seasons, there’s something marvellous to behold at every turn. The blue of the sea suddenly appears round a bend, a dizzying valley comes into view in the distance, and you sometimes find yourself listening to the landscape telling you just how small we are in the face of nature’s immensity.
