Trail running in Lisula features 18 marked trails, 1 vertical kilometre (KV) and 2 circuit routes, allowing you to explore the area whilst running. The trails link villages, the coastline and the hills, all accessible on foot from several starting points. From beaches to cobbled streets and the surrounding hills, the distances and elevation gains vary depending on the route, offering runs to suit all ability levels. Some routes pass through a protected natural area and Natura 2000 sites, and several routes are timed for runners looking to challenge themselves.
