Located on rue Paoli, our boutique invites you to discover Canistrelli, Tourtellini and Oliose, authentic Corsican cookies. Push open the door to a gourmet universe where every bite celebrates island tradition.

Established in the heart of L'Ile-Rousse since 1973, Biscuiterie Salvatori is an emblematic address for lovers of Corsican sweets. Renowned for its family know-how handed down through three generations, it offers a wide range of artisanal cookies made from local ingredients: the famous Canistrelli in some twenty flavours, the soft Tourtellini, Corsican Macaroons, and Olioses, savoury cookies perfect for aperitifs. The boutique also offers jams, honeys, syrups, wines and artisanal liqueurs from Balagne. An authentic and tasty stopover, a must for discovering Corsican specialities.
