Private parking on gated property. This gîte is located on the first floor of a building comprising three other gîtes. Each has its own entrance, independent terrace and parking space. Composition of the gîte : Living room/kitchen with twin 90x190 cm pull-out beds 1 bedroom with bed 140x190 cm Separate shower room and WC Interior comfort : Oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, television. Free access to washing machine, shared between the four gîtes, in a separate room nearby. Outdoor comfort: Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and panoramic sea view. Outdoor Wi-Fi area (secure hotspot) accessible on the property. The gîte enjoys a privileged location: around 1.5 km from the sandy beaches, yet offering a countryside setting, on a hillside facing the sea. Our organic orchard produces citrus fruits that we'd be delighted to show you around.
