Heritage walk from Urtaca to Lama - Monday
Accompanied by Edel, this 5-kilometer walk follows the old path once used by villagers to travel from one village to another. The trail allows you to discover remnants of the Pieve di u Canale’s agrarian and pastoral past: sheepfolds, haylofts, threshing floors… The walk ends in the village of Lama, where you’ll pass by its stately homes inspired by Tuscan architecture. Combining history, anecdotes, and remarkable views, this easy walk invites you to immerse yourself in the villages of Urtaca and Lama.
Coastal walk amid plants and memories - Wednesday
Along the coastal trail from L’Ile-Rousse to the cove in Saleccia Park, Edel offers a tour exploring the area’s history and the local flora found along the approximately 4-kilometer route. Offered as a one-way trip, Edel introduces you to the endemic species of the Corsican coastline and the ecosystems that make it up. You’re free to make your own way back.
From L’Ile-Rousse to La Pietra: a walk through history and landscape - Friday
Starting from downtown L’Ile-Rousse, Edel invites you to explore the island of La Pietra via the seaside path to the trail maintained by the Conservatoire du Littoral.
