Description
We raise free-range Corsican pigs at 900 m altitude, in an oak and chestnut grove. Fed mainly on barley and wheat, they also benefit from chestnuts and acorns. Direct sales and supply to local businesses.
We raise exclusively free-range Corsican pigs. Our animals grow at an altitude of 900 m, above the village of Pietralba, in the heart of an oak and chestnut grove.
They feed on high-quality vegetables, mainly wheat and barley, as well as chestnuts and acorns depending on the season. These farming conditions guarantee the freshness and authentic taste of our farmhouse charcuterie. We sell directly to consumers and also supply local businesses. A 4x4 tour of the farm with tastings is also available.
