It comprises: living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a sleeping area with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bunk bed, shower room/WC.
The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are in the "caravan" area. The living and sleeping areas are located in the canvas "awning" area, with windows and integrated mosquito nets (hardtop).
Access via a 190-meter dirt road with 5 steps. Close to municipal stadium and kennel (1 km away).
Private grounds of 250 m², with garden furniture, lounge, sun loungers, barbecue, parking, washing machine in outside laundry room, combined microwave oven and freezer compartment, and TV in bedroom.
