The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious living room with a dining area and a relaxation area with a large TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Canal+). The living room naturally opens onto the outdoors, with direct access to the terrace, pool and patio. The bedrooms, of equivalent size, are all equipped with private bathrooms, large connected TVs, queen-size beds, numerous outlets and dressing rooms. - The outdoors - Heated swimming pool: the terrace offers a spectacular view of the sea and beaches. It is equipped with deckchairs and sofas. The pool is protected by an alarm system. In summer, the water temperature is around 30 to 32°C.
