A Pasturella welcomes you to its restaurant, renowned for its refined Mediterranean cuisine. Savor the chef's cuisine in a carefully decorated dining room or on the terrace with its breathtaking view over the Reginu valley.

A Pasturella is a must in the Balagne region, a charming little house in the village square of Monticello. Here, visitors and locals alike can enjoy a drink or a meal in a friendly atmosphere. An exceptional setting in which to enjoy the chef's tasty dishes: samoussa with goat's cheese and fig, fish soup, linguine with squid and chorizo ragout, confit lamb mouse, not forgetting the homemade desserts.
