"Retour Aux Sources" is an artisanal confectionery and cookie factory that celebrates Corsican fruit and organic produce. Authentic recipes, focused on quality, taste and respect for flavors, for a real return to basics.

The values of "Retour Aux Sources" embody an innovative fusion of traditional Corsican craftsmanship, Corsican-grown fruit and French pastry and confectionery expertise. The brand offers a range of exceptional artisanal confectionery and cookies based on Corsican yuzu. The concept is based on a return to authenticity, supported by the expertise of an artisan pastry chef. I learned pastry-making in Corsica, where I'm originally from, before perfecting my art in Paris, all the while retaining the desire to create a company and products from my native region. This translates into revisiting traditional cookies, such as canistrelli, combined with the remarkable taste qualities of a rare citrus fruit that is still little appreciated in France: yuzu. My vision is built around fundamental values that are inseparable from my identity: an uncompromising demand for quality in the choice of ingredients, total transparency in manufacturing methods, and a deep respect for Corsican and French traditions, anchoring production in an exceptional terroir. These principles guide every stage of the creative and production process, and meet the growing expectations of consumers seeking authentic, original, high-quality taste experiences, driven by a strong commitment to artisanal excellence. Retour Aux Sources is an appellation rich in meaning, referring to several elements: - My return to Corsica after gaining experience on the mainland - The desire to create artisanal products, reviving traditional Corsican and French confectionery and cookies - The use of French and Corsican raw materials, in particular yuzus grown by local producers - My grandmother's recipe for canistrelli - The spring water used to irrigate the yuzu orchards - The place where I grew up, Acquaniella, whose family orchard has a spring - The natural cycle of water, from the spring to the Mediterranean Sea, then from the rain to the earth, echoing my own journey.
