Acetu Balaninu produces its artisanal vinegars using the Orléans method. Aged in oak barrels, they patiently reveal all the aromatic richness of the wine, sublimated by carefully controlled natural fermentation. A must-taste!

Based in Losari, in the heart of the Balagne region, Acetu Balaninu was born of a true passion for wine and good things. A lover of authentic flavors and an epicurean at heart, the vinegar factory's creator first cultivated her high standards and rigor through oenology, before a change of life and a move to Corsica led her to a new adventure: that of artisan vinegar maker. In her workshop, she makes her vinegars using the Orléanaise method, a traditional know-how that allows wine to slowly transform, on contact with air, into a rich, balanced vinegar. Aged in oak barrels, these vinegars develop subtle, harmonious aromas, the fruit of patient, precise work in which every detail counts. Bottled and labeled on site, Acetu Balaninu's vinegars reflect a passion for wine, the generosity of Corsica and a constant quest for quality. It's up to you to taste these specialties, which she hopes will delight even the most delicate taste buds.
