If you're drawn to Santa Reparata by the delicious smell of cookies, it's only natural: you're in Joséphine's land! Just like in the good old days, this traditional cookie factory makes traditional Corsican cookies.
From mother to daughter, the passion has followed its path, and Josépha has created her own laboratory to ensure that all her products are made according to the rules of the art... sometimes with a touch of innovation, which she will share with you, as Josépha has also brought her own manufacturing secrets with her.
She offers savory specialties such as migliacci, petit fours made with Corsican cheese, ideal for aperitifs, aperitif dinners or a simple jaunt along the beautiful beaches of the Balanin coastline. Larger sweet treats include "Torta", a large chocolate cake typical of the region, or the chocolate "roulé" that children love.
