Join Pierre-Louis Antoniotti for a captivating one-hour guided tour, immersing you in the world of Corsican immortelle, the emblematic plant of the Isle of Beauty known for its remarkable properties. As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by the stunning scenery that forms the backdrop to our operation. We'll share with you the secrets of the delicate immortelle harvest, followed by a demonstration of distillation, a fascinating process that transforms this golden flower into a precious essential oil. This sensory journey is more than just a visit; it's an immersion in Corsican culture and traditions, a unique opportunity to understand the commitment and respect for nature that guide Tesoru di Machja's daily work. Come and discover, smell and even touch the very essence of Corsica. Take a sensory walking tour of the Tesoru di Machja farm, to discover the distillery and the essential oil production process, guided by producer Pierre-Louis Antoniotti. Duration: 2 hours, from June to October, starting at 10 a.m. A botanical tour is offered at the end of the visit. Meet at 9.50am at the farm - Lieu-dit U Muchjetu, Castifao. Depending on where you live, a vehicle is required to access the site. Recommended equipment: shoes suitable for walking, sunglasses, hat or cap, sun cream, water.
