Support the restoration of the Palasca Brotherhood at a charity concert by the La Sportelle Vocal Ensemble. A journey through sacred music, from the Gregorian tradition to contemporary compositions, in support of the village’s heritage.
The town of Palasca, the Heritage Foundation, and the Rocamadour Foundation—Sacred Music invite you to a concert by the La Sportelle Vocal Ensemble.
Under the direction of Owain Park, the nine a cappella voices will take the audience on a musical journey from the Gregorian tradition to contemporary compositions, exploring themes of memory, suffering, rebirth, and hope.
This concert takes on special significance as it directly supports the restoration of the Palasca Confraternity. All proceeds will be donated to the fundraising effort aimed at preserving this historic building, whose slate roofs are in need of restoration.
By attending the concert, the audience will be able to experience a moving musical moment while contributing to the preservation of the village’s iconic heritage.
