In the Regino Plain, discover the Allegrini family’s flock and sheepfold. The tour continues with a tasting of seasonal cheeses, offering a firsthand look at local expertise and traditions.

During your visit, experience a day in the life of the Allegrini family: meet the flock, tour the sheepfold, and sample seasonal cheeses as they’re being made. Accompanied by the producers, go meet the sheep. You’ll then taste a selection of cheeses and specialties made on-site. A friendly experience and a chance to connect with others in the heart of the Regino Plain’s landscapes. Duration: approx. 1 hr–1 hr 30 min Meeting point: 10 minutes before the tour begins on the Route du Reginu D63 (between Monticello and Ville di Paraso). Car required
