Résidence Santa Maria is the ideal place to stay. Located close to the beach and 500 m from the historic center of L'Ile-Rousse, the residence offers 21 comfortable studios and 4 suites with all the amenities of a luxury establishment.

The Résidence de tourisme Santa Maria offers the ideal setting for your stay in L'Ile-Rousse and the Balagne region. Surrounded by a landscaped garden, the building offers a host of luxury amenities. You'll be ideally located just a 5-minute walk from L'Ile-Rousse town center, its restaurants and entertainment, 10 minutes from the port of L'Ile-Rousse and the Pietra islands, and 2 minutes from the first beach. You can choose to stay in studios or suites with sea or mountain view terraces. Studios, measuring 30 to 40 m², can accommodate up to 4 people with a sofa bed. Suites, 45 m² in size, can accommodate up to 4 people with a sofa bed, a whirlpool bath on the large terrace and access to the swimming pool of the Best Western Santa Maria hotel opposite the Residence.
