The Allegrini family invites you to their cheese farm for an authentic evening centered on sharing and good food. In an exceptional natural setting, take a seat around a large table and discover the flavors of the farm through a full meal—excluding wine—prepared with the farm’s own produce. On the menu are the specialties for which the farm is renowned: brocciu, fresh cheese, migliacci, lamb dishes, and flan pâtissier. Each dish showcases the family’s expertise, local produce, and regional traditions. This evening is a genuine encounter with the Allegrini family, who passionately share their craft, their history, and their deep connection to the land. A warm and friendly experience to enjoy with family or friends in a unique setting in the heart of Balagne. An authentic gourmet experience in the heart of the Regino.
